So, I've seen a couple of really interesting blogs recently which I find myself reading for updates. I find it strange really because I don't really know these people and I love reading snippets of things about their lives, it's reality reading. One of my favourite blogs is by a friends partner and we have quite a few mutual friends which makes me feel like I know her. I LOVE her blog, it's called 'Dear Olive', I highly recommend it, it’s totally beautiful and absolutely scrumptious!
Today, I'm home sick in bed with what feels like the dreaded 'man flu'. I may be the first female to have contracted this deadly illness. I resemble nothing of my normal bubbly, energetic, 'kind of cute' human self; I fear I would actually scare off the bogeyman right now! I am thinking death would be easier than dealing with this sore throat, blocked runny nose, clogged up sinus, constant cough and terrible body aches...perhaps a bit of a 'man flu' exaggeration on my part, life is to scrumptious not to be here! It's very rare that I get sick, hence it being man flu!
I can’t honestly say how long I will be in this world of blogging for. It really could go either way... a huge failure like 'tweeting', or it could be hugely successful like facebooking! It really depends on time, I always struggle to find time to read let alone write.
Now, for those who are still reading and getting frustrated at any grammatical errors, deal with it. I don't care about them. I'm not a writer so it really doesn't bother me. It probably should, but I've always been terrible with it and am happy to say, I most likely always will be!
So about me.... I am 37, I am single & childless (much to my parents distress!), I am happy and relatively wrinkle free (because I am single and childless!), I am (almost always) healthy, I am a daggy dancer from WAY back, I love love and am always in love with 'things'. I have been unsuccessful in being in love with a man, although I feel very lucky to have had what I consider the one great love of my life (that's a whole story on it's own). At this point in time, there is a scrumptious douchebag out there of interest, although I do not think that I am his scrumptious douchebag (if this is the case, clearly he's an idiot!). I have the most scrumptious job in the world for the most scrumptious organisation in the world - Save the Children. I also have the most scrumptious douchebags for friends, I absolutely treasure my sistahood!
Two things of note,I love the words scrumptious and douchebag! You will hear me refer to people as douchebags, which for me is a wonderful term of endearment! If they are scrumptious douchebags they're usually those nearest & dearest!
I've hit a wall with this man flu so am going to go back to bed now. I'll leave you with a couple of my favourite things though. The 2 ultimate daggy dance clips and a couple of scrumptious pics of things I love! (my hoochies & Mr Yoshi)
Until next time scrumptious people!
xxx

Hello Scrumptious Douchebag Bootsy. Just got to the end of your posts. Love it, and would follow you even if I didn't love you in real life. PS. Don't give a toss about grammatical errors (not that I noticed any!) xo
